Prices
All prices are in Indian rupees and include 3% GST. The price shown at checkout when you pay is the price you are charged.
EMI
- No-Cost EMI is available on select bank credit cards for orders above ₹10,000, over 3 or 6 months. The bank's interest is given as an upfront discount.
- Standard EMI tenures and interest rates are set by your bank.
- Your bank may charge GST on the interest and a processing fee.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is available when you are signed in, for orders from ₹250 to ₹5,000 at serviceable pincodes, with no extra fee. We may call or send an OTP to confirm a COD order, and may switch off COD for a pincode or an account after repeated refused deliveries.
PAN and KYC requirements
- Under Rule 114B of the Income-tax Rules, 1962, we need your PAN for purchases of ₹2,00,000 or more in a single transaction.
- Under Section 269ST of the Income-tax Act, 1961, we can't accept cash of ₹2,00,000 or more from one person in a day, for a single transaction or for transactions relating to one event.
- For high-value transactions we may ask for additional KYC documents, as required by anti-money-laundering law.
Payment security
Payments are processed by PCI DSS-compliant payment gateways. We never see or store your full card number, CVV or UPI PIN. Cards can be saved only as secure tokens with your consent, in line with RBI rules.
Failed or duplicate payments
If money is deducted but your order isn't confirmed, your bank reverses it automatically, usually within 5–7 working days. If you are charged twice, contact us with the transaction references and we'll refund the extra amount.
Invoices
A GST tax invoice is emailed to you when your order is dispatched and is always available in My Orders. To get an invoice in your business name, enter your GSTIN at checkout.
